As President of Keeley Properties, Jason leads all aspects of asset management and investment activities. Jason joined predecessor the Koman Group as Vice President of Investments in 2008. He has since led $1 billion in transactions as Managing Director and President, including CityPlace, Koman’s flagship mixed-use office campus, Clayton on the Park, a 213-unit luxury apartment high-rise, and Centene Plaza, a 485,000 square foot Class A office development in Clayton. Most recently, Jason has directed the firm’s focus into St. Louis’ urban core within its office and mixed use developments, including 280,000 square feet of adaptive reuse/historic rehabilitation and over $100 million in live-work-play mixed used investments.

Prior to moving to St. Louis and joining Koman, Jason was Vice President of private equity fund Strength Property Partners, specializing in urban real estate development investments throughout the greater Midwest. Jason also served as Chief Financial Officer for Connektiv Companies, an urban development firm specializing in mixed use brownfield projects, and was Financial Associate for Royal Oak, Michigan-based Milestone Realty Services.

Mike joined Keeley Properties, formerly Koman Group, in 2011 to oversee the day-to-day management of financial operations, asset management, and capital/debt financing. In addition, Mike plays an integral role in strategic planning, acquisitions, and dispositions for all projects.

Previously, Mike was Chief Financial Officer of Chicago-based Higgins Development Partners. Over his 15-year tenure with the firm, he was involved in the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of over $1 billion worth of office and industrial projects. In Chicago, Mike also worked as a Financial Analyst for Miglin-Beitler, directly involved with the asset management of over 15 million square feet of office space.

When not busy playing or coaching sports with his sons, Mike can be found at any one of the various St. Louis concert venues enjoying all types of live music. His lifetime concert count is closing in on 1,000.

Mark joined Keeley Properties, formerly Koman Group, in 2013 to grow the real estate portfolio proactively into multifamily, urban, and mixed-use spaces. Mark brings over 30 years of experience in the strategic planning, development, operations, and construction of over $1 billion in portfolio and third-party endeavors.

With a long-standing background in multifamily development, Mark led the three purpose-built student housing entities that Koman developed, totaling 569 units: The Edge at SIUE Edwardsville, The Edge at Cleveland State University, and Everly on the Loop. In addition, Mark has had his hand in the mixed use projects Marlowe, Vivienne, The Euclid and Chroma as well as Clayton on the Park, totaling 875 units. Mark also served as project lead on the development of 25,000 square foot specialty grocer in the St. Louis Metro area. He has also developed self-storage projects in Phoenix and Denver. Currently, Mark is leading projects in Florida, Texas, and Arizona.

Julie joined Keeley Properties predecessor Koman Group in 2004 and is currently responsible for the day-to-day management of our portfolio. She oversees all aspects of the firm’s property management platform including revenue generation, maximizing net operating income, leasing and marketing processes, team engagement, tenant retention, and asset improvements. Julie also manages the programming, onboarding, and lease-up of new developments, as well as our growing 40-person team of multifamily and commercial real estate professionals.

​Previously, Julie worked as a Property Manager with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker where she was responsible for daily operations of a range of commercial properties including full-service office buildings, retail centers, and industrial buildings. Former assignments include her role as Senior Property Manager of Westport Plaza, a one million square foot office and retail complex in St. Louis, where she worked closely with the Goldman Sachs-appointed management team, The Archon Group.

Angela joined Keeley Properties in 2022, where she currently serves as Director of Asset Management. In this role, she manages data analytics, financing activities, and asset management for the BestBox Storage platform, contributing to the company’s strategic growth. Throughout her career, Angela has achieved significant milestones, including her key role in closing a 30-store portfolio with a major national private equity firm. She has also assisted in the development and opening of 20 self-storage facilities, showcasing her expertise in the real estate sector.

Prior to joining Keeley, Angela was a Transaction Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate services leader. Angela assisted with acquisition, disposition, and repositioning activities and represented national real estate portfolios including Sally Beauty Supply, HR Block, and Verizon.

Jenna joins Keeley Properties with over 18 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. Her current role is to assist the Vice President of Property Management in overseeing the daily operations of our St. Louis portfolio. Her focus is to manage the performance and strategy of all properties to maintain and build the Keeley brand. This includes oversight of all parties involved at each property to ensure we provide excellent customer service, achieving the highest tenant satisfaction and retention rate.

Jeremy serves as Director of Operations for BestBox Storage, where he supports the day-to-day operational execution and continued growth of the self-storage platform. In his role, Jeremy helps drive operational consistency, customer experience, team performance, and process improvement across the BestBox Storage portfolio and it’s 3rd party management partners.
Jeremy brings over 14 years of self-storage industry experience, including prior operational leadership roles with Extra Space Storage and Morningstar Storage. His background provides a practical, hands-on approach to building scalable processes, supporting high-performing teams, and delivering strong operational results across a nationwide multi-site storage platform.
