KDG reserves the right to limit the Services that KDG offers at any time. All descriptions of pricing related to the Services are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of KDG. KDG reserves the right to discontinue any Services at any time. Any offer for any Service made on this website is void where prohibited. Assignment: You will not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under these Terms without KDG’s prior written consent. Any purported assignment or delegation in violation of this Section is null and void. No assignment or delegation relieves you of any of your obligations under these Terms.

Notice: KDG may provide any notice to you under these Terms by: (i) sending a message to the email address you provide; or (ii) by posting to this website. Notices sent by email will be effective when KDG sends the email and notices KDG provides by posting will be effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current.
