Rob joined Keeley Properties in 2021 as part of the development team. Rob is responsible for all development activities from concept to occupancy, including site selection, due diligence, acquisition, zoning/permitting, management of all A&E activities, construction relationships, and owner representation activities to insure on-time/on-budget delivery. Rob has a proven track record in leading projects that achieve investment goals within distinctive properties.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Rob was Vice President of Development at Cullinan Properties, a national real estate development firm focused on commercial and multifamily initiatives. Having led large scale mixed-use developments over the last several years, Rob brings significant owner representation leadership to the Keeley platform. In addition to his office and multifamily experience, Rob’s 30-year career includes a substantial background in retail development, having completed more than $700 million in projects while at May Department Stores and Westfield.

 

A life-long St. Louisan, Rob enjoys photography, fishing, hunting, working out, and traveling with his two sons, Alex and Ethan, and wife, Diane.
